Interview me before you write
I want you to write [DELIVERABLE]. Before you write anything, interview me.
Ask me one question at a time about what you need to know: the audience, the goal, the
constraints and anything I would be annoyed to see you get wrong. Wait for my answer
before asking the next question. When you have enough, say so, summarise what you
learned in five bullet points, and then write it.
